Edit: From the tone of their reply on this review, I can definitely tell I dodged a bullet. Rudeness, arrogance, and on top of it, giving over simplified tell-tales are not going to get you ahead in consumer dealings and business. I don’t want to hear from you. Peace! ✌️ Definitely not recommended for international buyers making high-value online purchases. I had a terrible experience trying to place an order with them. The chat support, particularly with Melody, was extremely disappointing. Her communication came across as unnecessarily rude and unprofessional, especially considering this was a high-value transaction and I was genuinely trying to purchase from them. The overall experience made me uncomfortable proceeding with the order, and they have ultimately lost a buyer. What was even more disappointing was the apparent lack of concern about losing a customer. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend international buyers look elsewhere.
