In most, different lighting conditions, diamond fluorescence is not seen with the naked eye, except that UV light, will be issued a slight light.

ALL DIAMONDS WILL HAVE FLUORESCENCE ?

Not all diamonds are with fluorescence. Data show that about 1/3 of GIA diamond is fluorescence response with varying degrees.
